Easter Eggs Weeds & Wheat

delivered by

Jesus told them another parable: “The kingdom of heaven is like a man who sowed good seed in his field. But while everyone was sleeping, his enemy came and sowed weeds among the wheat, and went away. When the wheat sprouted and
formed heads, then the weeds also appeared.
“The owner’s servants came to him and said, ‘Sir, didn’t you sow good seed in your field? Where then did the weeds come from?’ “‘An enemy did this,’ he replied.
“The servants asked him, ‘Do you want us
to go and pull them up?’
“‘No,’ he answered, ‘because while you are pulling the weeds, you may uproot the wheat with them. Let both grow together until the harvest. At that time I will tell the harvesters: First collect the weeds and tie them in bundles to be burned; then gather the wheat and bring it into my barn.’”

Matthew 13:24-30 New International Version (NIV)

He causes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous.

Matthew 5:45b (NIV)

Friends, don’t complain about each other.
A far greater complaint could be lodged against you, you know. The Judge is standing just
around the corner.
Take the old prophets as your mentors. They put up with anything, went through everything, and never once quit, all the time honoring God. What a gift life is to those who stay the course! You’ve heard, of course, of Job’s staying power,
and you know how God brought it all together for him at the end. That’s because God cares,
cares right down to the last detail.

James 5:7-11 The Message (MSG)

Are you giving the enemy chances to plant weeds in your fields, to infiltrate your crops, to mix bad seed with the good seed of your life?
